Join REL Field Marketing as our Field Operations Manager - a pivotal role where you'll combine operational strategy with hands-on leadership to make a real impact.

Full-Time, Permanent

Working: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Location: remote/flexible with monthly travel to Head Office in Winnersh (RG41 5TP)

Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 per annum + up to 12% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and developing our Field Booking team
Using insight and data to drive performance, engagement, and attendance
Streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency through smarter processes and tech
Collaborating across teams (Account Management, HR, Payroll) to keep everything running smoothly
Building strong relationships with Field Agents and store teams
Tracking KPIs and delivering actionable reporting that informs the bigger picture
Ensuring top-tier standards across compliance, quality, and health & safety

Experience in field marketing, staffing, or operations, especially in scheduling and performance management
A data-savvy decision maker, comfortable with dashboards, workforce tools, and Excel
Someone who leads by example - resilient, detail-driven, and always looking to improve
Commercially minded and aligned with business goals
