We are recruiting for a Field Service Representative to manage field events to conclusion within defined SLA’s and according to company processes.

How You\'ll Spend Your Time Here

• Coordinating resources (vendor / stakeholders).
• Managing escalations to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.
• Assisting Field Engineers with technical queries, verifying appliance status after parts replacement.
• Working with Supply Chain and Quality Departments on RMA units and coordinating shipment with partners.
• Generating reports on departmental activities in accordance with process.
• Maintaining detailed administrative records of workflow within systems provided.
• Contributing to the development of systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices.
• Maintaining rapport with customers, managers, and colleagues.
• Maintaining business data on customers by identifying and updating discrepancies during engagements.
• Supporting the resolution of customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications

We\'d love to talk to you if you have many of the following:

• Fluent in English and either French, German or Spanish (desirable).
• Field services background.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in Salesforce, Oracle, MS Office.
• Experience working in a busy, international environment.
• Ability to deliver on short notice and multitask.
• Experience in logistics.
• Flexible – working weekends every 6 weeks and selected public holidays.
