Description

This role has a starting salary of £47,142 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.
The position will be based at Woodhatch Place in Reigate. We support hybrid working, expecting 40% of your time to be office-based, with the willingness and ability to travel around Surrey as needed. Further details about the working pattern can be discussed at interview.
This role is within our Supported Living Service, supporting adults with learning disabilities or autism to live independently and providing short-term break services.

About the Role
We seek a dedicated Finance and Resource Manager to oversee finance and resource functions within our Supported Living Service. Responsibilities include analysis, planning, implementation, and monitoring to ensure service quality and value for money.
You will report to the Lead Manager - Supported Living Services, line manage a small team of support and administrative staff, and support colleagues in similar roles as needed.

- Excellent communication and partnership skills
- Experience in budgeting, financial procedures, and contract management
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with ability to present management information
- Technical understanding of resource scheduling systems
- Organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
