Small enough that your impact’s felt in the business, but big enough that your impact reaches millions of people.The roleWe’re excited to offer an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our Finance Continuous Improvement team on a permanent basis.As part of a multifaceted and forward-thinking team, you’ll work closely with Finance Global Process Owners (GPOs), technology partners, and key collaborators to support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Drawing on your strong understanding of finance operations—particularly transactional processes—you’ll identify inefficiencies, propose practical solutions, and help implement outstanding processes that improve performance, compliance, and user experience. You'll play a key role in crafting and optimising core finance processes across the business.This is a hands-on role that combines critical thinking with day-to-day delivery, perfect for someone who grows with change, loves problem-solving, and is passionate about making a real impact in finance operations.ResponsibilitiesEngage with collaborators across Finance to capture and document detailed business requirements for process and system changesBuild strong working relationships with finance practitioners to uncover difficulties, identify improvement opportunities, and feed into the continuous improvement pipelineSupport the development and rollout of a robust internal control framework to ensure compliance and financial integrityPartner with GPOs and business teams to track and improve process performance, using critical metrics to measure success against policy and targetsCollaborate with the technology function to drive system improvements and deliver functional changesProactively handle project progress, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and benefit realisation reportingMaintain up-to-date process documentation to support standardisation, training, and compliance effortsSkills you’ll need (minimum criteria)Experience working within operational finance processes (e.g. PTP, OTC, or Record to Report) is essential. This role is not suited to candidates without direct finance process expertise.Strong background in finance process changeExperience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsExperience of bringing together business requirements and working collaboratively with both business and technology teams to motivate change through its lifecycleOther things we’re looking for (key criteria)Proficient knowledge of guideline finance processes and experience in leading finance transformationStrong communication skills, able to build trust and inspire colleagues to be part of the changeKnowledge of project management approaches and toolsAbility to work across functions and geographies.Ability to analyse and present dataExperience of working with Oracle Fusion is desirableNote: on occasion we may receive a very large volume of applications which means applications for a role may close earlier than the referenced closing date.
