Overview
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a fast-growing and highly regarded creative entertainment business who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
The company has built an incredible reputation for producing award-winning work across film, television, and entertainment, collaborating with some of the industry’s most recognisable names. With ambitious growth plans and a strong international presence, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where finance plays a pivotal role in driving strategy and decision-making.
The Role

This role is based in Central London. There is the expectation that you will come into the office 4 days per week for the first 6 months, but from then on there is much more flexibility (2-3 days per week in office).
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive commercial growth and support strategic decision-making
- Lead on the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and cashflow models to ensure effective financial planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and production teams, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters
- Provide clear, commercially focused analysis of projects and campaigns, highlighting risks, opportunities, and profitability drivers
- Take ownership of ad hoc financial modelling to support new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives
- Proactively flag financial risks or opportunities to management, supporting quick, informed decision-making
- Support process improvements, automation, and systems enhancements to streamline reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate month-end reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
