Key Responsibilities:

• Own the annual budget and evolve it into a dynamic rolling forecast
• Build management reporting frameworks and Power BI dashboards
• Deliver actionable analysis that drives commercial performance
• Lead financial input on tenders and key business initiatives
• Identify opportunities, risks, and margin improvement strategies
• Develop KPIs and scorecards to enhance accountability
• Streamline reporting and automation with IT
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management

About You:

• Proven experience as a Commercial or Finance Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
