A Finance Business Partner, who will play a pivotal role in leveraging financial data to drive strategic business decisions and optimise financial performance.

You will be an integral part of the Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Support team, responsible for analysing financial data to support decision-making processes. Working closely with stakeholders throughout different areas of the Business such as operations, property, IT and finance, you will become a trusted advisor on financial matters. This role involves conducting variance analysis and creating reports, and delivering presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining financial models to analyse performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights.
• Leading on the development of business papers for new investments, initiatives or projects, providing financial analysis and modelling to assess their viability.
• Developing strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on financial matters.
• Conducting variance analysis and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Creating and delivering reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Leading in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Supporting the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes.
• Leading in strategic projects by providing financial expertise and analysis.
• Responding to ad-hoc analysis requests from various departments to support decision-making.
