Description

  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to deliver accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Support and identify reporting in newly implemented Management system.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering financial guidance and expertise.
  • Assist in preparing financial data for audits and external reviews.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
