Description
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to deliver accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.
- Support and identify reporting in newly implemented Management system.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering financial guidance and expertise.
- Assist in preparing financial data for audits and external reviews.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
