The FinanceBusiness Partner will have the ability to complete core transactional work with keen attention to detail,experience of producing accurate and timely management accounts and be a strong communicator to bothfinance and other teams across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of month end management accounts and with clear and concise commentaryinformationPrepare variance analysis, understanding key drivers and one-off itemsEnsuring financial transactions are accurately reflected in the accounting records via the accurateposting of transactions and completion of month end reconciliations on key financial accounts andbalancesMonitoring spend on capital projects ensuring all relevant costs have been capitalised and budgetsare closely monitoredBuild strong relationships across business areas and work collaboratively across teamsPlay a key role in budgeting and forecasting process defining and gathering inputs in partnershipwith your key stakeholdersSupporting operational team providing financial analysis and commentary to understand keyvariances to budgetResponsible for monitoring and reporting on Trade Debtors and Accrued Income performance, managing bad debt provisioning (including policy ownership and biannual assessments), and acting as the primary contact for Water-related queries during the annual auditAbout YouYou will ideally have 2 - 4years post qualification experience, preferably in a Finance BusinessPartner role or similarYou will have good financial & commercial acumenYou will be ableto analyse complex data with accuracyYou are a good communicator and strong interpersonal skillsYou have excellent problem solving, analytical and customer service skillsYou have excellent planning & administration skillsYou have the ability to manage own and others workloads to meet set deadlinesYou areopen to innovation and new ways of workingYou exhibit innovative thinking and a can-do attitudeYour Development and BenefitsAt Leep, we believe in stable growth and putting our people first.
