This is a strategic finance role supporting workforce planning and HR-related investment decisions, bridging Finance and HR to provide insight and analysis that drive cost efficiency, budgeting, and organisational design.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business units to align financial planning with workforce strategy
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for people-related costs (salaries, benefits, training, bonuses)
- Develop dashboards and reports on workforce trends and productivity
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across HR spend
- Support business cases for HR initiatives with financial modelling and ROI analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and governance
- Present financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Experience in finance business partnering, ideally with exposure to HR or workforce planning
- Insurance experience is highly beneficial
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
