Job Description

We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner, supporting Adult Social Care. The role will initially cover a post in the Adult social care team, as the post holder has been seconded to a different post, and then you will be deployed where required within the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner for senior managers, providing budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support decision making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and produce timely statutory and management reporting.
• Develop and deliver finance training and support to teams across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to undertake financial due diligence and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified AAT with extensive experience or fully qualified CCAB.
• Experience in a public sector environment (local government, NHS, charities) and finance in such an organisation.
• Excellent Excel skills (interview test required).
• Experience dealing with senior managers and providing analysis to assist in their decision making.
