Finance Business Partner - Hybrid / Nottinghamshire - £55,000 - £65,000

A highly successful business with offices throughout the UK requires a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join them and support operations and commercial to increase profitability and efficiency. This commercial Finance Business Partner will provide financial insights to the senior management team to drive the business performance forward. The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an eye for detail, and the ability to support the commercial team and the board with financial guidance and strategic initiative. You will be experienced in budgeting and forecasting, know what good looks like in terms of KPI's, and be strong on Excel and modelling.

• Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost management, and performance metrics.
• Support senior management and provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
• Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reports and present trends and insights to senior management.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• KPI reporting and improvement, monitoring performance against forecasts and undertaking variance analysis.
• Ad hoc projects.
