Moose Toys is seeking a Finance Compliance Manager to join our team in Cornwall for a 9 to 12 month fixed-term period.

The Role

Workdays: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 + Hybrid + Flexi

This role, working with the CFO - Europe, is responsible for Financial Compliance, overseeing end-to-end finance operations processes and controls, statutory reporting, transfer pricing and taxation, royalty reporting, VAT, banking facilities, working capital management, and treasury including sales & purchase ledger management.

Experience & Qualifications

• Formally qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong academic record and interpersonal skills
• Practice experience is highly desirable
