Finance Data Performance Manager – Hybrid – (2 Days/ week)
£70,000 - £80,000 + excellent benefits (up to 12% matched pension, wellbeing days, private medical options)
An exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong data and BI skills to join one of our longest standing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and expand adoption of Power BI across finance, owning and governing BI workspaces
- Build and maintain finance datasets and reporting standards, ensuring data quality and governance
- Design impactful reports that connect financial data with wider business insights
- Support finance projects with data modelling, analysis, and reporting expertise
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business, presenting insights that drive decision-making
- Manage the transition from legacy systems to Workday reporting tools
- Develop and nurture a Power BI champion network across finance, supporting training and documentation
Experience required
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong commercial finance experience
- Skilled in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and apply data governance best practice
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to present complex data clearly to non-finance audiences
- Experience of financial modelling, reporting, and KPI analysis
- Knowledge of Workday reporting tools (desirable)
