The Finance Reporting Lead Analyst is a senior professional responsible for generating, analyzing, and submitting reports to various stakeholders based on requirements such as US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, US/UK Regulatory requirements, and local statutory reporting, in coordination with the broader Financial Reporting Team. Support the analysis and submission of reports to local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc., based on US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting requirements.
Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at each period's end, along with Legal Entity Manager responsibilities.
Collaborate with management on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls, and executing strategic initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations by analyzing subject matter and its application within the role and business context.
Assess and support the implementation of policies and procedures.
Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and escalating control issues transparently.
Oversee the local financial statement preparation process out of the Budapest CSC.
Experience in Financial Services preferred.
Experience in local regulatory or financial reporting preparation and oversight.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
