Financial Controller — Family Investment Office (London / Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (Work from Home + weekly London meeting, likely Mayfair)

Package: £80,000 base + bonus + equity upside + 35 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for a Financial Controller who wants autonomy, variety, and real influence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be the financial heartbeat across multiple holding and trading entities — providing clarity, controls, and commercial insight.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee budgeting, monthly, quarterly & annual reviews, and tax compliance across multiple entities
• Manage treasury, loans, and banking
• Support due diligence on new SME investments
• Create and monitor financial KPIs
• Coordinate with accountants, bookkeepers, and tax advisers to ensure accuracy and timeliness
