Financial Data Entry Specialist - Remote after Hybrid Training

Are you detail-oriented with an excellent attention to detail? Join our team as a Financial Data Entry Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding career in the financial industry and who prefer to work from home (after completing hybrid training). Financial background is not required. What You’ll Do:

  1. Process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  2. Review and verify account information, ensuring compliance with company policies
  3. Assist with account maintenance, reconciliations, and documentation updates
  4. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial processing

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Training will be in a hybrid format: Mondays and Fridays at home, Tuesday through Thursday in the office.

After training, you are free to work from home.

The pay rate for this role is $20 per hour.
