Up to £90,000 + bonus + wider corporate package

Cedar are excited to be representing a scaling business in their search for a FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing, investor-backed business headquartered in London. The company has ambitious growth plans both in the UK and is looking for a commercially minded finance professional to support strategic decision-making at this pivotal stage.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in providing financial insight and analysis to support growth initiatives and performance management. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership and investors, and offers significant scope for career development in an investor-backed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Deliver insightful performance reporting to senior leadership and investors.
• Support scenario modelling for growth initiatives, including international expansion and M&A.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and reporting.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis in a fast-paced, growth-focused business.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Commercially curious, detail-oriented, and driven to make an impact in a scaling business.
