Financial Reporting Assistant Manager Responsibilities

  • Review financial reporting requirements for clients
  • Prepare and review consolidation models including disclosures
  • Understand corporation tax compliance requirements and information required to generate tax disclosures in financial statements
  • Research complex technical areas and offer solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Act as point of contact for junior team members for technical advice

Essential Experience and Qualifications

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Have post‑qualified experience with strong exposure to financial reporting advisory assignments
  • Have experience working with large and complex clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
