Key Responsibilities:

• Source and place top pensions & investmenttalent across pension, banking sectors and investment houses.
• Execute full 360-degree recruitment cycle
• Develop strategic relationships with financial services clients
• Build targeted candidate networks in pensions & investment
• Consistently achieve billing and placement targets
• Develop and nurture new and existing business relationships

Requirements:

• Proven track record in financial services recruitment
• Deep understanding of the pensions & investmentjob market
• Strong networking and business development skills
• Experience withpension firms & private bank recruitment
• Successful 360 billing background
