Financials Implementation Consultant at TechnologyOne

Join our New Projects consulting team to help organizations leverage the full potential of TechnologyOne’s innovative solutions.

What you’ll be doing…

• Work side by side with customers to gather requirements, perform configuration, support UAT, enhance, and upgrade our best‑in‑class SaaS ERP software solutions.
• Establish and maintain engagement with all customers and internal stakeholders as required.
• Engage with Consulting Enablement teams to provide feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems, and tools.
• Complete customer program deliverables on time, within project scope, and per the negotiated contract/program particulars.
• Serve as the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during programs of work, owning all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live.
• Show solid understanding of TechnologyOne’s Financials product, or similar ERP software.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of financial concepts including AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, taxation, etc.
• Possess previous experience with budgeting.
• Act as a customer advocate, taking customers on a journey and consistently delivering a compelling customer experience.
• Have experience working in a consulting capacity.
• Have a background with ERP systems or other complex SaaS products.
