This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work with state‑of‑the‑art systems, providing installation, servicing, and maintenance to a diverse client base across the London area. Key Responsibilities

Service & Maintenance: Service, and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and other related systems. Technical Support: Diagnose faults, identify solutions, and carry out repairs efficiently. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring clients’ needs are met and systems are fully operational. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant fire and security regulations and company policies. Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, risk assessments, and system testing records. Travel: Door-to-door pay provided for travel to and from job sites across the London area. Overtime: Overtime available and encouraged, paid above standard rates.

Key Requirements

Proven experience installing, servicing, and maintaining fire and security systems (fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, etc.). Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided). Relevant certifications such as FIA, NSI, ECS card, or equivalent are desirable. Strong problem-solving and fault‑finding abilities. Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound knowledge of current fire and security regulations and standards. Flexibility and willingness to travel within the London area.
