We’re expanding and looking for a skilled engineer to install, service, and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems across Somerset and surrounding areas. Install, service, and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder, and access control systems. Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and system repairs. Carry out routine maintenance and emergency callouts. Complete job sheets and service reports accurately. Ensure compliance with current standards (BS 5839, BS 7671, etc.). Deliver high-quality customer service on every site visit.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Fire & Security Engineer role. Strong knowledge of systems such as Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Kentec, or similar. Full UK driving licence. ECS/CSCS card or equivalent (preferred). Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility to travel and participate in an on‑call rota.
