Fire Protection Surveyor

Bailey Partnership is a professionally accredited, building top 150 consultancy, offering a true multi-disciplinary service. The external surveys will comprise intrusive investigations of external wall systems to assess combustibility and spread of flame, which requires surveyors to have a good understanding of building technology/pathology. Internal surveys will include compartmentation, fire door inspections and fire risk assessments (FRA) along with providing specialist fire safety advice.
Bailey Partnership will provide internal training and where appropriate enrol surveyors onto the RICS EWS1 Assessment course and/or relevant fire door/compartmentation training courses.
Good building pathology and building technology knowledge
You may have experience or knowledge of fire safety in buildings, FRAEW/EWS1 training or cladding; Bailey Partnership is respected for looking after their people, training and development is at the heart of their success. Due to the nature of the role, travelling will be involved in undertaking site surveys. Hybrid working at home is available however, you will be required to meet with your team and report to one of our offices on a regular basis to maintain contact.
