Fire Safety Manager

Join Aster Group UK as a Fire Safety Manager and support the business in delivering excellent fire safety compliance across the operating region.

Base Pay

Salary: £58,000 per annum

Location: Flexible – travel required across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London

Hours: 37 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Manage the compilation, delivery and quality of the Fire Risk Assessment programme.
• Ensure contractors are managed in line with Aster’s procedures.
• Establish and monitor the delivery of the Fire Risk Assessment programme, influencing specific projects.
• Support regular audits and reconciliation of data within our systems.

About You

You’ll have a Level 4 or above fire safety management discipline qualification, a degree or equivalent background, and significant experience in fire safety – ideally within the housing sector. You are a member of the Institute of Fire Managers or equivalent, and have demonstrable experience planning, setting and monitoring significant works budgets, effective contract and performance management, and leading a team of professionals on a day‑to‑day basis.

This hybrid role is based from home with weekly travel across the operating region.
