Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver fire safety projects with clear performance targets.
  • Ensure all projects meet standards for cost, time, and quality.
  • Recommend protective and preventative fire safety measures.
  • Advise colleagues, contractors, and partners on fire safety legislation and best practice.
  • Promote fire safety awareness among residents and recommend risk-reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to support fire safety across all buildings.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in fire safety enforcement or fire risk assessment, especially in housing.
  • Understands fire safety legislation, codes of practice, and guidance.
  • Experience managing contracts and understanding construction health and safety.
  • Recognised Fire Risk Assessment qualification.
