Are you a proven Food Procurement Manager ready to take ownership of strategic Food & Beverage categories and make an immediate impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognised names in the hospitality sector, managing fresh food categories including meat, fish, poultry, and produce.

This 12-month fixed-term contract has been created to provide crucial support during a period of rapid growth and transformation in the F&B function. With increased project volumes, category expansion, and the rollout of new F&B concepts, the business needs an experienced procurement professional who can hit the ground running, deliver value quickly, and strengthen long-term category strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across fresh food categories.
• Lead negotiations, supplier selection, and contracts to deliver commercial value.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure safety, quality, sustainability, and innovation.
• Drive simplification, cost efficiency, and category growth initiatives.
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, influencing and shaping strategy.

What You\'ll Bring

• Proven procurement / category management experience in food & beverages.
• Strong understanding of fresh food supply chains.
• Background in food & beverages retail, hospitality, foodservice or contract catering preferable.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• A commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
