• Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis processes for the organisation.
• Provide insightful financial reports to support decision-making at senior levels.
• Collaborate with various departments to create accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives with detailed financial modelling and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a small team within the accounting & finance department.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  
  

• Professional qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills for presenting complex data.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  
  

• A competitive salary in the range of GBP 55,000 to GBP 65,000 per annum.
