Requirements

• Experience in children’s book illustration with a slightly realistic yet soft artistic style
• Ability to create consistent character designs across multiple poses and expressions
• Proficiency in illustrating both humans and animals with personality and warmth
• Strong storytelling skills through visual expression and composition
• Ability to work from provided style references and adapt them to the project’s needs
• Attention to detail to maintain consistency throughout the book
• Comfortable working remotely and delivering digital files in high resolution
• Reliable time management to complete the project within agreed timelines
