Remote | Freelance | £20-30/hr | LinkedIn & FB Ad Campaigns | Client-Facing Role
Are you the type of person who loves cracking ad performance puzzles, getting results that make clients rave, and jumping on a Loom to explain what’s working and why?
We're hiring a Part-Time Freelance LinkedIn Ads Account Manager to support ad clients in the B2B Service and SaaS industries. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—owning client relationships, troubleshooting campaigns, and continuously optimizing creatives, copy, and targeting.
This is not for someone who needs handholding, avoids client comms, or wants to do task-by-task execution. You must love thinking, problem-solving, and taking ownership.
If that sounds like you—read on.
This is a part-time, remote freelance role (~20 hrs/week) where you will manage the performance and communication for 4–6 client accounts. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing ad performance issues, managing creatives and copy updates, and keeping clients in the loop with confidence and clarity.
- Own and manage 4–6 active client accounts
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively troubleshoot issues (on LinkedIn and Facebook)
- Refresh and test new creative + ad copy
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly client updates via email or async Loom (and occasionally live calls)
- Track KPIs and recommend changes to targeting, creative, landing pages, and funnel flow
- Translate data into clear actions and explanations for non-technical clients
- Provide consultation advice for clients who need to grasp advertising concepts
- Ensure all work aligns with the client’s brand, tone, and goals
- Achieve and maintain target KPIs (CTR, CPL, Show-up rate, ROAS, etc.)
- Identify performance issues early and implement solutions fast
- Keep clients confident and clear on campaign direction and impact
- Improve creative testing velocity and reduce creative fatigue
- Maintain high client satisfaction and renewal rates
- 3+ years experience managing paid ads (LinkedIn and/or Facebook essential)
- Agency experience preferred (must be used to juggling multiple accounts)
- Strong data analysis and performance troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in creating and managing ad creatives and copy
- Project management skills—able to delegate to freelancers or internal team
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Google Sheets, ClickUp, GoHighLevel and Loom
- Able to work in UK work hours primarily (although this is flexible with US times)
- Tech-savvy, self-managed, and proactive problem-solver
- Analytical Skills – You know how to diagnose problems using data and spot what others miss
- Approachability – You’re easy to work with and clients love talking to you
- Assertiveness – You confidently lead clients, even when pushing back is needed
- Assimilation – You can quickly understand new offers, industries, and business models
- Customer Focus – You think like a client and communicate with clarity and care
- Drive for Results – You take pride in delivering tangible improvements, not fluff
- Dependability – You show up, meet deadlines, and keep your word
How to Apply
To apply, please fill out the application form which involves:
- A quick Loom (2–3 min) introducing yourself and sharing why this role feels like a fit
- Your resume or portfolio with relevant ad experience
- Links to any campaigns, copy, or creative you’ve worked on (optional but appreciated)
