Compose.ly is seeking experienced freelance content writers to create landing page copy for a UK‑based real estate client in the “we buy any house” space. Your work will help homeowners understand property selling options, local market conditions, and related housing topics.
This is a remote freelance opportunity for candidates who are based in the UK. We are especially interested in writers who currently live in London or have previously lived there long enough to be familiar with its boroughs and property market.
About the Role
This role involves creating compelling landing page copy that effectively communicates property selling options and engages potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Write professional, conversion‑focused landing pages related to UK property sales
- Incorporate SEO best practices, brand voice guidelines, and keyword strategy
- Deliver clean, accurate drafts and make revisions as needed
- Organize and track assignments to meet agreed timelines
Qualifications
- Based in the UK; London residency or prior long‑term experience living in London is preferred
- 1+ year of professional writing experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Fluent English with native‑level writing proficiency
- Knowledge of SEO for content creation and current best practices
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
