A digital marketing agency is seeking a part-time, remote Video Editor and Graphic Designer to produce high-retention video ads and static creatives for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms. This role involves editing performance-driven videos, designing ad creatives such as banners and thumbnails, and formatting assets for multi-platform use. Candidates should be adept at implementing storytelling techniques that prioritize engagement and results, working closely with strategy and account teams to align visual output with marketing goals. The position also calls for rapid iteration based on feedback and performance data, with an opportunity to expand into a full-time role depending on performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with at least 3 years in performance-focused advertising
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong skills in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Ability to produce motion graphics and static creatives including ad visuals, social media posts, thumbnails, and banners
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, CapCut, Descript, or Runway is a plus
• Strong understanding of platform-specific formatting and storytelling for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
• Responsive to feedback with the ability to iterate quickly
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant video ads and static designs, along with a Loom video introduction
