• Ability to incorporate captions, transitions, and effects in line with social platform expectations
• Responsiveness, fast turnaround (within 24–72 hours), and openness to feedback
• Creative collaboration on moodboards, content direction, and video concepts
• Bonus: basic motion graphics or text animation experience
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
