About the Role

TEC Partners is recruiting for a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in React and TypeScript on behalf of a dynamic client based in Warrington. This role offers flexibility with options for remote or hybrid work, requiring some in-office presence in Warrington. The Senior Frontend Engineer will work closely with backend developers to craft high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces and will shape the user experience for the company\'s digital products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in frontend development with a proven track record using React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of modern build tools such as Vite, Next.js, or similar.
• Experience working with component libraries and design systems, with attention to UI/UX consistency.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards.
• Good problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance user interfaces that meet quality and usability standards.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional code, implement responsive layouts, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and data services.
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure code quality and participate in code reviews.
• Continuously improve existing features, optimize performance, and enhance accessibility.
• Contribute to technical documentation and collaborate with product managers and designers on feature prioritization.
