Join SympliCare AI – Building the Future of Digital Healthcare

At SympliCare AI, we’re on a mission to simplify access to healthcare for all.

We’re creating a platform that connects the entire patient journey in one seamless experience.

To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Developer who is not just a coder, but a builder, problem-solver, and innovator.

As a key member of our early tech team, you will:

  • Architect and build a scalable, secure, and compliant platform from the ground up.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product designers, and healthcare advisors.
  • Drive development of MVP features: booking workflows, dashboards, API integrations, payments, and compliance modules.
  • Bring best practices in cloud deployment, security, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor interns and guide junior developers to raise the bar for the entire team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms - Azure, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, and building scalable APIs, Dev-Ops.
  • Bonus: familiarity with healthcare tech (FHIR/HL7), booking engines, or working alongside AI/ML teams.
  • A startup mindset – you thrive in an environment where you can shape the product, not just follow specs.

Benefits:

  • Be part of a core founding tech team shaping a product that can transform healthcare delivery.
  • Work with an inspiring mix of AI leaders, clinicians, and entrepreneurs.
  • Get the chance to leave your mark on an MVP that we aim to launch in months, not years.
  • Flexible remote working environment.

Compensation:

We are currently at the pre-funding stage, so initial compensation will be competitive for a start-up environment.

Once we secure funding and generate revenue, we will offer equity opportunities based on your commitment, performance, and long-term contribution.

How to Apply

If you love building impact-driven products and want to help shape the future of healthcare tech, we’d love to hear from you.
