Full-Stack Engineer | Insurtech Startup | Remote | Up to £120k

We’re working with a fast-growing Insurtech startup that has just raised a fresh $2.2M round and is partnering with major names in the insurance space. You’ll join as a Full-Stack Engineer, working across the stack to build new features, improve performance, and help shape the product direction. There is a strong focus on clean architecture, fast iteration, and solving real problems for live clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver new features across the stack (TypeScript/Next.js, Python, AWS).
• Improve performance and maintain clean architecture with fast iteration.
• Collaborate with live clients, maintaining tight feedback loops and high ownership.
• Help shape product direction and contribute to AI-powered capabilities.

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of engineering experience in product-led environments.
• Experience shipping production-ready features end-to-end.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, semantic search, or agentic workflows.
• Remote-first culture and strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to work with live clients and iterate quickly.
