Future Capability and Digital Roadmap Lead responsible for driving the digital transformation of the HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, digital tools, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive digital HR strategy, including technology selection, implementation, and vendor management.
• Streamline and automate HR processes using digital tools, driving adoption through effective change management.
• Leverage HR analytics to enhance decision-making, increase self-service, and reduce service centre traffic.
• Enhance employee experience through digital platforms and ensure training for managers and staff in collaboration with the learning team.
• Ensure compliance of all digital HR initiatives with relevant laws and regulations.

Who are we looking for?

You should have experience designing and refining a forward-looking digital HR strategy and be capable of leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making. Experience leading the selection and management of HR technology solutions and regularly assessing emerging technologies and trends.

We Do Need You To Have The Following

• CIPD or equivalent HR Qualification, or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a digital or technology-focused role.

Experience preferred

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with change management and process improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

You’ll need the ability to work calmly in a priority-changing environment, manage your own workload, show initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
