Future Capability and Digital Roadmap Lead responsible for driving the digital transformation of the HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, digital tools, and change management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive digital HR strategy, including technology selection, implementation, and vendor management.
- Streamline and automate HR processes using digital tools, driving adoption through effective change management.
- Leverage HR analytics to enhance decision-making, increase self-service, and reduce service centre traffic.
- Enhance employee experience through digital platforms and ensure training for managers and staff in collaboration with the learning team.
- Ensure compliance of all digital HR initiatives with relevant laws and regulations.
Who are we looking for?
You should have experience designing and refining a forward-looking digital HR strategy and be capable of leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making. Experience leading the selection and management of HR technology solutions and regularly assessing emerging technologies and trends.
We Do Need You To Have The Following
- CIPD or equivalent HR Qualification, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a digital or technology-focused role.
Experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with change management and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
You’ll need the ability to work calmly in a priority-changing environment, manage your own workload, show initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
