The role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Practitioner to join our Men’s Health team. As part of our digital clinic, you will provide remote consultations and treatment plans, focusing on men’s health with a key emphasis on testosterone replacement therapy. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible, supportive environment while helping to shape the future of healthcare.
You’ll be:
- Conducting high-quality consultations, focusing on men’s health and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
- Interpreting medical questionnaires, histories and diagnostic tests (including blood work) to provide tailored treatment plans.
- Providing expert guidance on hormone therapy and overall men’s health.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures, relevant clinical guidelines and safety standards.
- Keeping up to date, engaging with continuous professional development, as well as statutory training.
- Experience as a GP with GMC registration and a valid licence to practise.
- Strong clinical expertise and a passion for holistic, preventative, and patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust through virtual consultations with a patient-centric and empathetic approach.
- The ability to work independently within a structured and quality-assured digital environment.
- Participated in patient education, as well as content creation of patient-facing material.
- Tech-savvy, with experience or willingness to work in a digital-first healthcare environment.
- A suitable and secluded space for conducting remote consultations.
- Prior experience working in a D2C or digital health setting.
- Background in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, or preventative care.
