The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner with a special interest in women’s hormone health to join our clinical team.
You will be responsible for reviewing blood test results, interpreting patient questionnaires, and providing tailored guidance across a range of women’s health concerns, including menopause, perimenopause, and hormonal imbalances. This is a flexible, remote-first role suited to clinicians who are passionate about accessible, high-quality care and who want to help shape the future of digital women’s health.
You’ll be:
- Interpreting blood test results in the context of menopause, perimenopause, and broader hormonal health concerns.
- Reviewing patient medical histories and structured digital questionnaires to deliver personalised insights.
- Developing and communicating safe, clinically appropriate recommendations based on test results and patient needs.
- Collaborating with our wider clinical product and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Adhering to internal clinical protocols, external clinical guidelines, and medical safety standards.
- Staying up to date on women’s health research, digital health best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Contributing to clinical content, SOPs, and educational materials that support patient understanding and safety.
- Conducting remote consultations (asynchronous or live video where required) to further assess symptoms, review treatment options, and address patient concerns.
- Prescribing HRT or, where appropriate and in line with clinical guidelines, other evidence-based treatments, providing clear rationale and guidance to patients.
- Monitoring patient's responses to treatment and making adjustments or recommendations for follow-up testing and review.
- Experience as a GP with GMC registration and a valid licence to practise.
- Either previous experience or a strong interest in women’s health, menopause, hormone health, or related fields.
- Experience and is confident analysing hormone panels and translating complex medical insights into clear, accessible information for non-medical individuals.
- Previous experience (or has a willingness to learn) in remote care delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with a patient-centric and empathetic approach.
- Worked independently within a structured and quality-assured digital environment.
- Prior experience working in a D2C or digital health setting.
- A background in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, or preventative care.
- Previous experience in managing complex cases related to thyroid, PCOS, menopause and/or metabolic health.
