Responsibilities

  • Support the GIS Manager and Senior Team Leader as one of two technical leads for the National GIS Team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Environment Agency, DEFRA and external partners to evolve Geospatial Services.
  • Coordinate delivery with service leads and ensure a joined-up, well-managed, modern suite of corporate geospatial services.
  • Deliver and manage tools and platforms such as Easimap, in-house GIS view, ArcGIS Pro, EAMaps (ArcGIS Enterprise), and access to ArcGIS Online (AGOL).

Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience of delivering Enterprise Geospatial Services.
  • Evidence of ability to set a strategic direction and coordinate tactical delivery.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers and partners.
  • Experience of working with ESRI products.
