What you’ll be doing:
- Managing inbound enquiries from German-speaking B2B clients.
- Supporting the wider sales team with account management and order administration.
- Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Attending trade shows and events to support client engagement and brand promotion.
- Building lasting relationships with key international accounts.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- An analytical and customer‑focused mindset — not a hard‑sell approach.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management is ideal (but not essential for graduates).
- Confident using MS Office and CRM systems.
