German Speaking Customer Advisor London

We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.
*Hybrid for London office*
Main Purpose of role:
- Responding to English and German emails, answering calls in both languages.
- Dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies from English to German and vice versa.
- Delivering customer service excellence in all interactions with clients' customers over the phone, email, social media, and live web chat.
The Multilingual Consultant will report to the German Team Leader.
You should have:
- A natural ability to communicate and empathize.
- A confident and professional manner.
- A genuine willingness to help customers with their challenges.
- The desire to enjoy your work!
Salary: £26,312 per annum
Location: *Hybrid for London office*
Hours: 40 paid hours per week.
Shifts: Monday to Saturday, with an 8-hour shift pattern between 8 am and 8 pm. Rota provided 2 weeks in advance for planning.
