  • Champion the agile implementation methodology, delivering end-to-end, customer-centric technology products using a wide range of Agile standards, solutions, and best practices, including test-driven and behaviour-driven development.

  • Build applications with an outstanding user experience and user adoption as essential technology evaluation criteria.

  • Collaborate as a cross-functional partner interfacing with MMC Enterprise Technology, Marsh-Operations, and Transformation Office to build reusable IT microservices connected via a well-defined API structure.

  • As the IT Director responsible for global claims applications, communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company, conveying technical information in easily understood terms to business and operations partners.

  • Significant Agile delivery experience with a global stakeholder management mindset.

  • A proven track record of successfully implementing a large number of tech deliverables simultaneously.

  • Direct Agile delivery experience for large platforms, ideally with low/no-code platforms.

  • Substantial experience as a senior manager, having managed extensive innovation or IT migration programmes/portfolios.

  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing large teams, including developing next-generation IT talent.
