You’ll ensure that design is a true differentiator in how we engage with clients and colleagues, driving consistency, innovation, and excellence across all our creative outputs worldwide. Your work will shape how Kantar is seen and felt, both inside and out.What you’ll be doingDevelop and articulate a cohesive global creative vision that aligns with Kantar’s brand identity, values, and business objectives.Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams across regions, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.Oversee the creation of campaigns, brand, product, and thought leadership content for diverse global audiences.Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, while allowing for local adaptations.Drive innovation by embracing new technologies and creative trends, keeping Kantar at the forefront of the industry.The skills & experience neededProven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role within a global organisation (ideally in marketing, media, or brand strategy).A track record of leading creative teams across geographies, with an understanding of cultural nuances and localisation.Exceptional conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio of impactful campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, interactive media) and proficiency in design and collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro).Inspirational leadership style, with a passion for mentoring and developing creative talent.What’s in it for youFlexible hybrid working25 days leave, 2 days paid for volunteering and life event leaveCompetitive salary and bonus (bonus dependent on role)Company pensionEnhanced parental leaveHealthcare optionsWide range of flexible benefitsWe are not able to offer visa sponsorship or assist with relocation support for this role.
