Deloitte’s Global Consulting Services professionals support our global businesses to drive impact and create enduring value for clients in Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) and Technology & Transformation (T&T). We deliver purpose-driven services and solutions and provide a consistent, best-in-class “One Deloitte” experience around the world.

As a member of our team, you will develop and present content for the Asset Investment Committee to facilitate asset governance discussions, ensuring Executive Committee oversight on key decisions. You will also provide regular updates on asset development status and coordinate ad-hoc activities required to operationalize assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present content for the Asset Investment Committee to facilitate asset governance discussions.
  • Provide regular updates on asset development status and coordinate ad-hoc activities required to operationalize assets.
  • Maintain the Deloitte Asset Portal (DAP) and oversee the Jupiter tagging process.
  • Develop pricing and cost recovery models and map assets to the Ascend platform.
  • Track and report on asset progress throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the GCS Asset Program to nominate assets for the portfolio and report on sales and pipeline activity.
  • Partner with the Global Cyber Strategy team to ensure the asset program aligns with overall strategy.
  • Facilitate collaboration among Cyber asset teams developing AI and GenAI capabilities.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc research requests with the internal Core Research & Insights team.
  • Connect marketing teams with asset leaders to execute both internal and external marketing initiatives for Global Cyber Assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent, or a related field (Master’s or equivalent degree preferred).
  • Relevant experience in Cybersecurity, Technology Operations, or Program Management, or equivalent.
  • Program/project management and team leadership experience.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to structure and synthesize information or data efficiently to draw meaningful insights for executive presentations.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Budgeting and delivery oversight experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technology or cybersecurity programs.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver on portions of multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance team workload based on program requirements.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
