About the Role

Reporting to the Global Chief Finance Officer, this is a highly visible role that will lead a high-performing global procurement team, build strong supplier partnerships, especially in technology and digital services, and drive cost-saving initiatives, ensuring Foundever's continued success.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead, motivate, and oversee the performance of a global and regional procurement team, setting clear goals and OKRs while creating a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
  2. Develop and execute global procurement strategies, including source-to-pay programs, to optimize efficiency and cost.
  3. Manage and optimize the procure-to-pay process across our network of over 45 countries, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, assess their performance, and align them with Foundever's expectations, including sustainability and social responsibility standards.
  5. Continuously monitor benchmarking pricing, service levels, and quality of deliveries to stakeholders.
  6. Strategically reduce costs by leveraging regional opportunities, surpassing annual savings targets, and maintaining supply agreements for CAPEX and OPEX.
  7. Collaborate with legal teams to manage, validate, and maintain contracts in line with Foundever's standards.
  8. Ensure all procurement activities meet compliance requirements globally.

Experience & Competencies

  1. 10-15 years of demonstrable experience in procurement with at least 8 years in a regional or global procurement leadership role.
  2. Proven experience as a regional category director.
  3. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  4. Excellent command of English; proficiency in another European language is preferred.
  5. Familiarity with procurement software, ideally COUPA.
  6. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
  7. Supply Chain Certification is beneficial.
