Description
- Manage the delivery of all Product Development activities, ensuring all new products meet quality expectations and support sales and marketing plans.
- Oversee the Business Planning and Purchasing functions, ensuring inventory management supports financial, sales, and marketing objectives.
- Manage third-party supply chain, liaising with supply partners to achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery and deliver cost savings through innovative working methods and effective negotiation.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other key business functions to drive continuous improvement and support both supply chain and operational objectives.
Profile
- An academic degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
- Experience leading an end-to-end supply chain, with a focus on S&OP processes is advantageous.
- Experience working with Asian-based suppliers is essential.
- An analytical and structured approach to strategy development and results delivery through data analytics is desirable.
- Understanding of product compliance certification in consumer products would be beneficial.
- Ability to analyze, summarize, and present data to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A passion for people and team development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple tasks.
- A self-starter who is motivated, confident, and innovative.
