About the Team
The Wealth team specialises in high‑quality qualitative & quantitative research with wealthy audiences across different categories, with a particular focus on luxury and wealth management sectors. We advise world‑class brands such as Google, UBS, Meta, Pandora, and Aston Martin on how to engage and understand these niche audiences.
About the Role
- Set and Deliver Global Strategy: Shape and implement a comprehensive global wealth strategy that supports Savanta’s growth ambitions and adapts to regional market needs.
- Drive Commercial Growth: Achieve ambitious revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and harnessing technology to secure sustainable, year‑on‑year expansion.
- Build and Lead High‑Performing Teams: Develop and inspire a global team across the UK, EMEA, and Americas, creating a culture of innovation, client focus, and service excellence.
- Expand International Presence: Increase market share outside the UK, particularly in the US and Asia, utilising existing relationships across various sectors.
- Champion Technology‑Driven Solutions: Embed technology at the core of service delivery to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Influence and Collaborate: Build strong stakeholder relationships, lead high‑value pitches, and enhance Savanta’s reputation through thought leadership and networking.
About You
- Extensive experience in HNWI quantitative and qualitative research.
- Several years leading and managing teams comprising both junior and senior staff.
- Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, profitability, and uphold high delivery standards.
- Strong commercial acumen and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities.
- A track record of successfully managing large research portfolios.
This role can be either based in our London, UK or New York City, USA office. There is an expectation to be in the office 2‑3 days per week.
