Develop global assets (Knowledge Articles, How to Guides, Training, Videos, Communications, Briefing packs etc) to ensure consistent and thorough delivery of change and enablement activities. Develop content designed to improve user experience, working with Content Editors to create and maintain those assets, maintain inventories, against content governance in place.Drive a consistent dentsu brand and user experience across all HR content and channels, ensuring alignment with global design principles, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.Provide guidance and creative input on ways to elevate our knowledge and content assets both in Workday (Notifications, Helptext, Announcements, Banners, Knowledge Articles) and in other content tools such as Neon.Encourage knowledge sharing and self-service through our intranet site, guides and demos, in line with our knowledge management strategy.
