HILTI’s Outperformer Program, a one-of-a-kind global management development traineeship.

From day one, you will be immersed in logistics topics such as demand planning, transport tendering and warehouse operations. You get real responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact. What does the role involve?

Hilti Outperformer is a two-year graduate program that gives you the opportunity to dive into a variety of international projects and gain exposure to senior management. It\'s a fast-paced and exciting journey, but don\'t worry – you will have close coaching and mentoring every step of the way!

Within the program you rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and hone your skills in different areas supporting your personal development.

The program is split into four main stages:

1. 3-4 months in an operational role
2. 2-3 months for an intro & project in global logistics
3. 14 months in operational rotations and projects within warehousing, transportations or other supply chain business units
4. 4 months in a strategic project

What you need is:

• You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2026, with a Master’s degree or PhD. Your degree is relevant to the Logistics track you\'re applying to.
• You’ve spent at least three months in an international environment, working or studying.
• You have less than 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• You’re multilingual – at least fluent in English and at least one other language, (or willing to learn another language).
• You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills. You’re a global thinker, interested in general management topics, keen for intercultural experiences and opportunities working abroad.
• You have a full, clean, manual UK Drivers License.

Who should apply?

We have an excellent mix of people and some of our best account managers joined us with no experience. So, if you’ve never worked in sales or construction, that’s fine with us. Success at Hilti is down to teamwork and ability, no matter what your background.
